A chronic inflammatory condition showing bilateral white interlacing lines (wickhams stria) causing pain and soreness.
Oral lichen planus The differential diagnosis is discoid lupus,oral lichenoid reaction,leukoplakia,pemphigus vulgaris,bullous pemphigoid,frictional keratosis.
A lesion that develop due to contact with dental restorations, associated with medications, or associated with graft versus host diseases
Oral lichenoid reaction. The differential diagnosis is Oral lichen planus,chemical burn,Frictional keratosis,Discoid lupus.
A chronic autoimmune inflammatory multisystem disease showing unilateral shallow ulceration on buccal mucosa and atrophic areas on tongue and gingiva accompanied with raynauds phenomenon and renal disorders.
