1. right of 3 party to sue the firm. 2. partners can file sur for dissolution, settlement of accounts of a dissolved firm and realising property of dissolved firm. 3. firm can claim suit for the set-off money not exceeding more than 100. 4. right of partner to file a criminal suit.
