Selectively permeable, (selective passage of molecules-nutrients wastes...) in photosynthetic bacteria, membrane invagination form thylakoids (photosynthesis site) cell membrane is surrounded by cell wall ensuring protection, stiffness and resistance to osmotic pressure. cell wall is the main difference that characterizes Eu and Archeabacteria.
