Majoritarian system (PRO&CON)

Majoritarian system have the advantages that they allow a government to be formed that have a clear mandate from the electorate. It creates more simplicity, reduces the number of parties and increases the likelihood of a strong and effective government. Some disadvantages are wasted votes occurs and a decrease in participation, minorities are excluded and no equal representation of the public opinion.
