S3 - file storage use without a database EBS - can store files, but without retrievability ad redundancy. perfect for installing databases and op systems. EFS (Elastic File System) - File storage without a set database size. Keeps growing and resizing to fit database. Multiple EC2 instances can access the same EFS.
