T1 to T2 Thorasic Spine injury involves paralysis of the lower extremities. After initial injury muscles are flaccid(soft and weak and flabby lacking normal muscle tone).And later become spastic having uncontrollable spasms or other movements of the skeletal system. Other symptoms are paralysis of bowel and bladder spincters, pain in the chest or back abdominal distention and loss of sexual function
