-Salary: A Fixed amount that is given to the Employee, by the Employer. Workers who get paid by a Salary, want to be Promoted, which increases Motivation. [Monthly Payment is a common] -Wage: Paid by the Amount of Hours that you have Worked. This also adds in Overtime Hours. Usually still payed Monthly or Weekly though [They get their Pay Weekly or Monthly]
