Question:
Write an Ionic Equation doe CaCl² [aq] +2NaOH [aq] ---> Ca[OH]² [s] + 2NaCl [aq]
Author: eric_galvaoAnswer:
-First, Anything that is Ionic, and is Aqueous, break their Ions up, as it will happen in the Reaction [Ca²+ + 2Cl- + 2Na+ + 2OH- ---> Ca[OH]² + 2Na+ + 2Cl-] -Getting the Ionic Equation requires to cross out Anything that is the Same. So here, the 2Cl and 2Na can be getting rid off making our equation like: [Ca²+ [aq] + 2OH- [aq] ----> Ca[OH]² [s]
