Question:

How would you be able to find a: 1. Pyramidal Peak 2. Arete 3. Corrie with a Tarn on a Map?

Author: eric_galvao

Answer:

1. This simply requires you too look for the Highest Contour Distance, and then seeing if the Lines curve Away from that Point 2. Aretes can be Found if you have already located a Pyramidal Peak, or simply finding a Very Thin Hill, with very Tightly Packed Contours 3. A Corrie would also have Tightly Packed Contours, in a U Shaped almost, and the Tan is simply a Lake, Easy.
