Author: eric_galvao

Answer:

-This is just a Square that encloses an Area of which you Know of. -Placing it in a Random Point at your First Sample Area, then Count all the Organisms you want in the Quadrat, then Repeat, Repeat and Repeat. [Why? A Bigger Sample will always be more True to the Population] -Gain the Mean of the amount of Organism you Found / Number of Quadrats -Do this in your Second Sampling Area, and Compare the Changes.
