Notification of impounded veh must:

Be sent by certified mail to all owners and interested parties before the 10th day after taken into custody. And must include the year, make, model and VIN of the veh, where it is being stored, the right to claim no later than the 20th day of the notice of payment of towing, preservation, storage charges or garage keepers charges and fees and must state failure to claim will cuase waiver of all rights
