Verduzzo Giallo

Grape: Verduzzo Giallo Synonym(s): Ramandolo (Friuli Venezia Giulia) DOC/G(s): Friuli Venzia Giulia: Ramandolo DOCG Characteristics: Deep yellow to gold color with floral notes (acacia, linden) and aromas of honey, tropical fruits, apricots and almond. Wine has sweetness levels ranging from medium to very sweet, but this sweetness is balanced with acidity. Wines are medium to high in alcohol, full-bodied and demonstrat a slightly tannic mouth-feel.
