What is the relationship between hyperplasia and cancer?

Usually hyperplasia is responsive to normal regulatory control mechanisms, if they get out of control , we reach cancer. Also hyperplasia is a fertile soil to get cancer (pt with endometrial hyperplasia have an increased risk to get endometrial cancer)
