Without Rx: 50% die in 3 months (myocardial involvement) With corticosteroid: live 9 years (alone effective) Cyclophosphamide reduce relapse (not survival) Refractory pt need methylprednisone, cyclophosphamide... Separate Churg-Strauss from other necrotizing vasculitis that need cytotoxic agents.
