Double duct sign (strictures in biliary and pancreatic ducts. We can get tissue samples from ERCP (ampullomas, duodenal biopsy) by endoscopic forceps. Tumors of distal bile duct maybe sampled by brush biopsy. ERCP is unnecessary most of the time.
