What are etiologies of hemorrhage?

Rupture of vessels/heart (external trauma), rupture of wall weakened by previous pathology (aneurysm, ischemic necrosis, extrinsic disease like tumor or gastric ulcer), erythro-diapedesis altered capillary walls, damage to endothelium by bacterial toxin, coagulopathies, shock, localized inflammation.
