Cocaine-induced psychosis differs from schizo in having less thought disorder and bizzare delusions and fewer negative symptoms (alogia/inattention) Stimulant-induced hallucinations may be auditory/visual/somatosensory [crawling under skin] Mood disorders (depressive and manic episodes intoxication) panic disorder exacerbated w/palpitations and hyperventilations.
