Medication : Diazoxide , Propanolol , Verapamil , Chropomazine Octreotide : dec. insulin secretion 30% Chemotherapy : Streptozotocin, Decarbazine , Doxorubicin , 5-FU Insulinoma in MEN-I : usual multiple Subtotal pancreatectomy + enucleation at Head using IOUS
