IBD, dysentery, ischemic colitis, intestinal infarction, bacillary infection. ⮚ Bloody with mucus (glairosanguinolante) ? inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), ⮚ Bloody associated with fever and pain ? dysentery, ⮚ Bloody ? ischemic colitis or intestinal infarction, ⮚ Bloody with mucus ? pseudomembranous colitis (inflammation of the large intestine due to an overgrowth of Clostridioides difficile bacteria; this infection is a common cause of diarrhea after a prolonged antibiotic usage), we have a risk of intestinal perforation
