► Obturator sign: done with internal rotation of leg while flexion of thigh ? pain in case of appendicitis. ► Murphy’s sign: deep palpation of upper right hypochondrium with deep breath ? if patient can’t take a deep breath then it’s a positive sign for acute cholecystitis
