Genetic disorders – Down’s syndrome, Fanconi’s syndrome, ataxia telengiectasia, Patau’s syndrome, Klinefelter’s syndrome 5. Acquired disorders – PNH, aplastic anemia (stem cell disorders) 6. Myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS) 7. Infections (HTLV-I & ATLL)
