➢ Uncommon ➢ Older men ➢ Beyond 50 years of age ➢ Lack lymphocytic infiltrates, granulomas, and syncytiotrophoblasts ➢ Not admixed with other germ cell tumor histologies ➢ Not associated with germ cell neoplasia in-situ ➢ Do not metastasize ➢ Polygonal cells of variable size ➢ Arranged in nodules or sheets
