In some cases, symptoms may take 48 hours to arrive ➢ Food intolerance symptoms are generally less serious and often limited to digestive problems. ➢ Food intolerance may manifest with the inability to adequately digest the Gluten in wheat, cow’s milk sugar Lactose, Fructose found in fruit juices (gluten most common)
