2. Then Human Tissue Testing Begins, but the Problem with this is that Whole Body Systems or a Cluster can't be Tested [Blood Pressure Drug] so again, used for Promising Drug Separation.
3. Now, Testing it on Animals. In the UK: New Drugs need to be Tested on 2 Different Mammals. May be Cruel but is also the Safest Way because no Human Life is Threatened [Ish]

| What happens in Clinical Trails? [Part 1: Before the Placebo Trail] | -New Drug, after the 3 Previous Steps, Tested onto Healthy People, to make sure that no Harmful Side Effects happen when the Body is at a Norm State.
-Good Results mean that the Drugs can be given to the more Vulnerable Sick People, that Suffer from the Illness that the Drug is trying to Treat.
-This takes a Stupid Amount of Time, for a Morale Reason. Sometimes it takes Time for the Drug to Kick in, or Perhaps if Side Effects Occur happen after a Long Time. |
| What happens in Clinical Trails? [Part 2: Start on Placebo Trail] | -2 Groups of People Involved, one is given the Actual Drug, the other is given a Placebo - A lookalike of the Drug but does Nothing. This is executed so that the Drug actually can Make a Difference, and also for the Placebo Effect to Happen [Where you feel better]
-Some Trails do not allow Placebos to be taken IF the Patient is Very Ill as its seen as Unethical - Restricting the Treatment
-Some Trials don't use a Placebo, but rather the Best Existing Medicine we have to Offer, to Compare the 2 and see perhaps a Winner. |
| Why, in Clinical Trails, are they Blind? [Placebo Stage] | -This is in order for the Patient to not know if they are getting the Drug, or the Placebo - it may even be that the Scientist is Blind, so they don't know who has the Placebo or the Medicine
-This allows the Results to not be Influenced by the Patients Knowing they will receive the Fake, or the Real - or for the Scientist to not give out Obvious Cues |
