Talk about the muscle tissue

A specialized connective tissue that is specialized in the production of mechanical work or muscle contraction. They derive from the mesoderm they are made of many muscle cells (myocytes or muscle fibres) that contain in their cytoplasm contractile proteins forming the myofilaments grouped into myofibrils. there are 3 types of muscle tissues that differ in cell cytology, location, function, and triggering mode.
