Flushed skin, tingling in feet & hands, rash, nausea, vomiting, high blood sugar, abnormal liver function, blurred vision generally only happens if taking supplements, not likely from dietary sources effective in lowering cholesterol if given in high doses (50 mg+) but often causes toxicity effects so can’t be tolerated
