How is the Weather in the UK being more Extreme?

-UK has had the Top 10 Warmest Years all before 1900, with 2018 being Joint 1st. -7 of the 11 Coldest Temperatures was recorded before 1980, with 2010 December hosting the Coldest Month for well over a Century -Record of Rainfall keeps on Breaking, Especially in 2010-2014.
