They can make Amendments to Improve such Legislation and Protect Minorities. This goes side by side with Scrutiny Function as Parliament will only Pass Worthwhile Laws, but allow Government to Function. -Representation. MPs are to Respect the Interests of Constituencies are Respected and Protected.
