Chronic autoimmune inflammatory disorder, lymphocytic infiltrate in exocrine organ, diminished lacrimal and salivary gland function, result in dryness of eyes and mouth. Clinical features are exocrine glandular features and extraglandular features. Usually primary or secondary to other autoimmune diseases like RA and SLE.
