What causes Instability and Violence, in an Anarchist's View? -What would allow order and harmony?

-It is the State that Causes Instability and Violence, and without the State, the Rational Human will leave Peacefully Alongside each other. If you remember Hobbes, it is a Complete Contrast to his View -Anarchists reject Organisation and Planning and believe Order and Harmony would come when the Revolution has Abolished the State -Anarchists see Humans as having the potential to manage their affairs and to leave Peacefully.
