Execretion ssri

Excretion of the SSRIs is primarily through the kidneys, except for paroxetine and sertraline, which also undergo fecal excretion (35 and 50 percent, respectively). Dosages of all of these drugs should be adjusted downward in patients with hepatic impairment.
